At CouCoo, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and size exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a shipping box or mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
